Dr. Gabriela Lagreca
Dr. Gabriela Lagreca, DMD, DDS, MBA, FACP is a board-certified prosthodontist, Director of Faculty Development and Associate Professor of Prosthodontics at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and Adjunct Professor at Nova Southeastern University in Florida. Her main role at TUSDM is supporting faculty advancement and development via education and promotion.
Dr. Lagreca brings invaluable firsthand experience as an international dental professional who has achieved remarkable success in the United States.

Dr. Lagreca has demonstrated exceptional leadership in advancing diversity within the field.
A Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists (ACP), Dr. Lagreca currently serves as President of the ACP Massachusetts section and has served several roles at the ADEA sections and interest groups, including representative for the council of faculties and the ADEA CAAPID Advisory. Her accolades include recognition from the Harvard Macy Institute, ADA Institute for Diversity in Leadership, Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce for Young Leadership, and the Massachusetts Dental Society's "10 Under Ten" award.
In 2020, she founded The International Dentist®, supporting internationally trained dentists in their career goals in the USA.
The program has received multiple recognitions, including service to the ADEA Centralized Application for Advanced Placement for International Dentists (CAAPID), the American Dental Association, and Tufts Provost Office Mini-Grants for Global Engagement. Dr. Lagreca holds an MBA in strategic leadership and entrepreneurship and maintains both academic and private practice roles in the Boston area.
Drawing from over a decade of experience mentoring international dentists, Dr. Lagreca specializes in helping professionals translate their global experience into successful careers in the U.S. dental landscape. Her comprehensive understanding of both international dental education and U.S. licensing requirements positions her uniquely to guide candidates through their professional transition.
